2014 Summary in Photos - Part One

So, I actually rediscovered this blog recently.  Andy, the girls, and I all sat down and enjoyed looking at it so much!  Both Loren and Arden were like, "Is that really me?"  I remembered my purpose for creating it and was sad to see there had not been an entry since August of 2013.  It is currently June of 2019.  I'm going to attempt to do year summaries for the last nearly six years.  Enjoy 2014!

January

January 2014 was cold!

Little Miss Arden left the crib and began sleeping in a big girl bed.  She also got a beautiful antique dresser for her bedroom.  Mommy found two bar stools and had curtains made for the front living room as well.
February
Arden ready for "bow-wa-way."
That one time Loren played basketball.  She played Upward at Pace Assembly.

I mustache you: "Are we cuties or what?"

Gatlinburg snow fun! I believe this was our second trip with the Miller Family.

March
Arden turned 3.  I believe the theme for this party was "Purple and Pink Pony Party."  The weather was much nicer for the party this year.

We went to Panama for Spring Break with Mimih and Papa!  The girls got handmade Mola dresses, we took a day long Panama Canal transit, stayed at the beach with a pet iguana on our patio, went on a boat tour of the islands and held starfish, stayed at the Hard Rock Cafe, and most importantly, celebrated Grandmother Ida's 90th birthday!

April
We watched (and still watch) a lot of Blue Wahoos games.  The girls are in it for the snacks which include soft serve ice cream and cotton candy.  They did the Roach Run for years but recently (as in 2019) think they are too big for it.

Loren had her 7th birthday party at the Oops Alley bowling center.

Easter 2014

1st Grade Field Day at Berryhill Elementary

June
We went to Bands on the Beach and had Arden's ballet recital but apparently didn't take many pictures.
We at Fro-Yo and had swim lessons

Pedicures at home.  Arden really, really wanted to wear this sleep mask.
